Building was previously a 25-bed licensed assisted living facility until August 2022. Remodeled after in 2017 to include all new paint inside and out, new flooring and a new fire system in accordance with NFPA guidelines for long term care facilities. Building features a large dining room and commercial size kitchen, appliances available with reasonable offer. Dining room tables are also available. The kitchen has a commercial dish-machine that was purchased in 2018. The building features rooms split by a bathroom and also has seven handicap rooms in the northeast hall.
